With a career built on precision, professionalism, and service, Cheryl brings over two decades of administrative and compliance expertise to her role as a Nevada Mobile Notary, Certified Loan Signing Agent, and Trust Delivery Agent. Her path to notarial work began long before she ever stamped her first document.

Before launching Cheryl’s Mobile Notary Services, she spent nearly a decade with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, coordinating medical residency and fellowship programs. There, she mastered regulatory compliance, record integrity, and detail-driven documentation. These same skills now define her approach to every signing. Her work required careful management of accreditation standards, licensing, and confidential data, reinforcing her commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Earlier in her career, Cheryl served in administrative and quality assurance roles with the State of Nevada and private industry, where she developed expertise in records management, procedural audits, and regulatory oversight. From supervising quality systems in food manufacturing to supporting state health initiatives, she cultivated a reputation for reliability, organization, and professionalism.

Today, Cheryl combines this depth of experience with her notarial practice, specializing in loan signings, trust and estate documents, and general notarizations across Washoe, Carson City, Storey, Lyon, Douglas, Pershing, and Churchill counties. Clients appreciate her calm, knowledgeable guidance and her ability to simplify complex signings for families, seniors, and professionals alike.
